9andUnder Policy

If your daughter is 9 years old at the time of camp, but will be playing U12 in the 2012-2012 season.  Please register her in the 10 and Above group camp.  If she is 9 years old and she is a very proficient player and you would like her to participate in the 10 and Above group, despite not playing U12 in the following season, please register her for 10 and Above, but make a note in the “Comments” section indicating that this was your intent.

Prior to camp…

We often receive requests to move athletes between groups. At times we are able to accommodate these types of requests, however we do require that you contact us at 403-284-5161 so that we can briefly discuss this. Once agreed upon we will provide you with further instructions on how to appropriately register your child.

Once camp has begun…

Transfer between groups once the camp has started MUST occur on the first day of camp.  If you would like your child moved we ask that you communicate directly with the Site Manager.    The Site Manager will be able to assess the situation and discuss with you the best option.  The final decision rests with the Site Manager.

Please note: transfers between groups may not be possible.
