Installment Payment Plan

The National Ringette School offers a payment plan option for the 9 and Under, 10 and Above and Top Gun groups. An initial non-refundable deposit of $100 will be followed by two equal installments to complete your payment for camp. The 2nd and 3rd payments go through automatically at 30 and 60 days respectively after the day of purchase.

For example: You have purchased a 9 and Under Camp at $339+tax in Calgary, AB.  The initial payment will be for $100 + Tax = $105.  Thirty days after this payment a 2nd transaction will occur automatically for $119.50+tax.  Then, thirty days after this payment a 3rd transaction will occur automatically for $119.50+tax.

The “Installment Payment Plan”  option is only available until June 1st, 2012.

Groupings

Prior to camp…

We often receive requests to move athletes between groups. At times we are able to accommodate these types of requests, however we do require that you contact us at 403-284-5161 so that we can briefly discuss this. Once agreed upon we will provide you with further instructions on how to appropriately register your child.

Once camp has begun…

Transfer between groups once the camp has started MUST occur on the first day of camp.  If you would like your child moved we ask that you communicate directly with the Site Manager.    The Site Manager will be able to assess the situation and discuss with you the best option.  The final decision rests with the Site Manager.

Please note: transfers between groups may not be possible.
